Carlos Melchor Graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with Structural Focus. he has been a Professional Engineer since 2016, has been a part of the construction industry since 2002 helping owners, contractors, sub-contractors, architects, attorneys, and anyone involved with the construction process.
Mr. Melchor Has Served in the Army earning multiple technical degrees and ascending to the rank of Sergeant before his Honorable discharge. His mission-oriented focus on the team’s vison is the driving force that ensure success on the projects he is involved part of. From basic permitting jobs, to complex Forensic Analysis. No project is too big or too small. What matters is that we all serve our community and hold its safety above all else. Sharing and having a great relationship with the community is his number one priority.

Since 2002 I have been working in construction sites small and large learning about foundations, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural, architectural, life and safety, permitting, construction safety, and Administration of construction projects. This experience leads to very well coordinated structural engineer.

Design concept for execution, coordinate Detail for fabrication, constructability and Produce Plans for use by architects, and field workers alike
